Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store and distinguishes between physical products, personalized products, and digital products.

Physical Products

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your order number.

Products must be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

This includes, where applicable, products made with:

  • custom names;

  • dates;

  • personalized Bible verses or text;

  • custom engraving;

  • customer-selected designs or specifications;

  • other individually produced elements.

This restriction does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to your order.

Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • SVG files;

  • PNG files;

  • JPG files;

  • DXF files;

  • PDF files;

  • AI files;

  • other downloadable digital design files.

Consumers normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts involving digital content.

Where digital content is supplied immediately, this right of withdrawal expires only after the customer:

  1. expressly agrees that the supply of the digital content may begin before the end of the withdrawal period;

  2. acknowledges that by giving this consent they will lose their right of withdrawal once the supply begins; and

  3. receives the legally required confirmation of the contract and consent.

Where these legal requirements have been fulfilled and the digital content has been supplied or made available for download, we do not accept cancellations or refunds based solely on a change of mind.

Nothing in this policy excludes statutory rights relating to defective, corrupted, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming digital content.

Damaged or Incorrect Physical Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at pitcris93@gmail.com and include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under Austrian or applicable European Union consumer protection law.
