1. General

These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of this online store.

By placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

digital design files and downloads;
physical decorative products;
engraved wooden products;
personalized and custom-made products;
other related products.

Product photographs, mockups, measurements, descriptions, and other information are provided to describe the products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because wood and other natural materials may vary in grain, texture, shade, knots, and other natural characteristics, physical products may have natural variations from the photographs shown.

Such natural variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

A contract is formed when the order is accepted in accordance with the checkout and order-confirmation process used by our store.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil an order, or incorrect product information.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated in the store.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional costs will be displayed or communicated as required before completion of the purchase.

5. Payments

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout.

Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The product description will identify the file types included with the purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their software, hardware, cutting machine, laser, CNC machine, printer, or other equipment is compatible with the purchased file format.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files according to the licence terms stated in the relevant product listing.

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with the rights holder unless expressly transferred in writing.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the original digital files themselves unless expressly permitted by the applicable licence.

7. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers normally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts involving digital content.

Where the customer expressly requests immediate supply of digital content before expiry of the withdrawal period and expressly acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal may expire once supply begins, provided all applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled.

Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

8. Physical Products

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless a binding delivery date has expressly been agreed.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, dates, names, Bible references, wording, and other personalization information submitted with an order.

Where we manufacture an item according to the personalization information supplied by the customer, the finished product will normally reflect that submitted information.

Products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal as provided by applicable law.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly manufactured products.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, withdrawals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the designs, photographs, graphics, branding, text, downloadable files, and other original content available through this store are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the customer unless expressly stated in writing.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or products:

for unlawful purposes;
to violate intellectual property rights;
to distribute malicious software;
to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
to commit fraud;
to reproduce or redistribute digital products contrary to their licence terms.

13. Liability

We are responsible for liability to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

Digital files intended for laser cutting, CNC machining, woodworking, engraving, or similar manufacturing processes must be used with appropriate equipment, materials, settings, knowledge, and safety procedures.

The customer remains responsible for operating their own equipment safely and appropriately.

14. Third-Party Services

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping, social media, or other platforms.

The use of third-party services may additionally be governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policies.

15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to customers residing in another country.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections granted by the law applicable to them.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
